What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; Programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind. Using NLP we can help you to get what you want from life by changing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It’s like creating an instruction manual for your mind…..every now and again we need ‘defragging’ like a computer!
What is Time Line Therapy (TLT)?
Time Line Therapy is a personal development tool that resolves issues in life now and into the future and gets rid of the major negative emotions that we hang onto through time. As we experience negative events in life, we often repress the negative emotions attached to those events and they can have an adverse effect on our bodies, popping p for resolution when we least expect them to – does this sound familiar for you?
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a type of talking treatment that focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and behaviour, and teaches you coping skills for dealing with different problems. It combines cognitive therapy (examining the things you think) and behaviour therapy (examining the things you do).
What is Hypnosis?
All learning, behaviour and change happens at the Unconscious Mind level. Hypnosis amplifies the Unconscious Mind – almost like stacking the deck in your favour when you want to embed a lasting change. Hypnosis is a healing state and offers further exploration intot he power of our unconscious mind. Hypnosis is like being in an altered state – like we often are when we are driving! It offers a state of relaxation, but you will always be totally aware and in control.
